wasn't the best guy on my board and he is not in BA's top 200 so I have to assume that this is a big HS kid that an area scout really liked who is signable. Hopefully, he will turn out better than Andy Wilkins has so far.

Again I'm going to go with the same college pitchers again since they are still on the board: Cowan or Howell.
Alright, well TX went with a good value here with a raw OF prospect with really high upside, a name we all know and appreciate: Ruben Sierra Jr.
