Marion a done deal?

Seems so, per this tweet (8pm)from the DMN:

MAVERICKS/NBA UPDATE An NBA source says Shawn Marion will be a Dallas Maverick. Details to come. Rumors of Memphis as a third team and Kris Humpries as a throw in for cap relief for Toronto and probably some combination of players, picks, money from Dallas and Memphis. The Marion contract likely takes Dallas out of the 2010 FA market and will put them so far over the salary cap that they might exceed the 23 million$ luxury tax from last year by a big margin. #########
